SETTINGS FOR CISCO ASAV GNS3 INSTALL
Download VMware VIX 1.15 application and install using the default settings. Download VMware Workstation Player 12.1.1 and install using the default settings.
It provides enterprise-level firewall abilities for ASA devices. It is the fundamental operating system for the Cisco ASA family products. This release includes major technology updates to the underlying infrastructure on the VIRL server. Download the Cisco ASAv hda image file (asav952.qcow2) from the Cisco website. ASA stands for Adaptive Security Appliance.
